Hello Sweet Beat Fans, Hobart City Council have provided some useful information below for our forthcoming event. We shall also share a link to this on our flyers that should be landing in letterbox's next week!
Event Environment
Sweet Beats will take place at Lower Wellesley Park which is accessed via South Hobart’s sloping streets. The park is grass covered with some uneven surfaces.
Expect a busy atmosphere with crowds, interactive activities, and live amplified music.
Road Closures
On June 28 From 12:00 PM-4:00 P.M: There will be restricted access for residents, accessible parking and drop offs on Wentworth Street.
Accessibility
Portable accessible toilet and change station available on site
Seating provided, including chairs with backs and armrests
A clearly identifiable Event Host will be available to welcome and assist attendees
Support animals are welcome
Drinking water available (please bring your own bottle to refill)

Parking
Accessible parking and vehicle drop off, and collection is available on Wentworth Street, next to the Wellesley Park Playground.
We strongly encourage attendees to walk to the event where possible
