Come dip your toes into the culinary world with mixing up your own sweet and salty blends to use in your baking and cooking at home. We will be getting hands on with this class at our local Studio 2880.What are we making?
Multi-purpose salt grinder blend: Create this delicious blend of aromatic flavors with guidance and information provided by Kristina with Off the Pebbled Path. A fantastic topper to use with meats, poultry, root vegetables and hearty savory dishes. Boasting a full flavor profile with a harmonious blend of sweet and salty notes from garlic, tomatoes and juniper berry to name a few of the ingredients. (100 ml grinder shaker)
Botanical Sugar blend: Join Lisa with Wildflower Farm as she shows you how to make flavored sugars that can be used in your baking. Also fantastic toppers for cereal, yogurt and fruit salads! Use these sugar blends to take your tea experience to the next level! You will get to mix up your choice of 2 flavors (lavender or banana mint) made with locally dried herbs. (200ml jar)
While you learn about the herbs and ingredients there will be complimentary tea to enjoy provided by Off the Pebbled Path.
