The beloved Swedish holiday of Saint Lucia is celebrated in December and is the perfect way to bring warmth and cheer to the final month of the year.
Join in the tradition by making, baking, and eating the appealing "Saint Lucia roll".
Instructor LynnAnne Vesper will talk through a traditional recipe and guide students through the process of making a batch together, before decorating and sending home students with a sample.
Students who enroll in this class are encouraged to return in the evening for the " Swedish Holiday Traditions and Saint Lucia Choir" free of charge, where more Saint Lucia Rolls will be available for snacking!
