I warmly welcome you to join me for a relaxing in-person Sound Bath under this powerful celestial alignment of the Summer Solstice, also knowns as, 'Midsummer'.
Drift away as gentle sound frequencies wash over you, helping you unwind, relax your mind and making room to reconnect with you inner fire. Perfect for anyone wanting to de-stress and soak up those golden sun light codes at this beautiful midsummer ceremony and sound bath.

🌼 Journal prompts & manifestations on paper to burn in the outdoor fire pit
🌼 An outdoor Fire Ritual/Ceremony burning herbs of your choice in the fire pit to manifest journal prompts. Choices are, lavender to promote peace, Rosemary to promote protection, rose petals to promote love & sage to promote cleansing/renewal
🌼 A chance to receive ancestral Reiki Healing inside a 6ft seated copper pyramid
🌼 Choose a flower head crown of your choice to wear and bring in the Swedish Misdummer theme as part of the Solstice tradition is to wear flower crowns, or alternatively you have an option to pick a herbal remedy pouch to also take home with you instead

About Summer Solstice: 🌞
There are 2 Solstices that are celebrated every year, the Summer Solstice & the Winter Solstice.
The Summer Solstice takes place between 20th - 21st June, the longest day of the year and the Winter Solstice takes place between 20th -21st December, the shortest day of the year.
As the seasonal wheel turns, the Summer Solstice marks the middle of the Summer season, hence why it is also called 'Midsummer'.
This seasonal festival aligns with the element of fire. Fire on our chakra system is our 3rd chakra which is located on the stomach where we work very closely with our Solar Plexus Chakra & Sacral flame, our inner light, building up self esteem & intuition, and breaking free from old patterns. It is a reminder to carry the light into the darker months that are ahead moving into the Winter.
The Sun spiritually provides healing, warmth and light, exactly what you will recieve from this Sound Bath.
PLEASE NOTE: Upon arrival at the Cloisters, please park on the main carpark to the right of the Holiday Inn. If this car park is full, please park on the other side of the black railings. At Reception please enter your car registration plate.
Refreshments and toilets are available a the venue.
This venue is a spacious converted church inside the Holiday Inn hotel in Bolton.
