We made an awesome Swedish-style lager with our friends from Dovetail Brewery in Chicago and we’re so excited about it, we’re throwing a party! 🎉 Saturday, February 8, we’re releasing “Bork, Bork, Bork” a Swedish-style lager made in collaboration with Dovetail Brewery. This lager style has roots in German brewing but is slightly sweeter and more full-bodied than German pilsners and with a slightly lower hopping rate. We think it’s perfect for the Wisconsin palate!
