It’s all about fresh air, gentle movement, and a good chat about mum life while the babies are along for the ride 👶 These walks are a great way to meet other mums and take a little time for you. You don’t need to attend Sweaty Mama classes to join - everyone is welcome.
We'll meet outside Altincham Market and then take a walk to John Leigh park before looping back to our starting point.
