These free, fortnightly, 45-minute sessions are suitable for all abilities.

Please wear suitable clothing and bring your own mat.

After the session, you are invited to visit ORI Cafe on Floor 1 where you will receive a 20% discount on your bill that day when you quote 'Sweaty Betty'.
