The theme for Sweatworking Week is "Best Friends Forever." And it may feel like a silly little thing to theme a week around, but aSweatLife exists to help you try new things and meet new people. We’ll celebrate new bonds, workout buddies, and the incredible power of friendship in fitness all week long.

HIRAYA TRAINING HOUSE was created to give people a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for people from all walks and stages of life to become healthier through functional strength and conditioning, surrounded by like minded members and coaches supporting you to bring out your best.
"HIRAYA" is an ancient Filipino word that can be translated to "The fruit of one's hopes, dreams, and aspirations." Depending on the context, it can also mean imagination, creativity, and vision. There's an old saying that goes, "Hiraya Manawari," or "May all your dreams come true." Because with good health and fitness, anything is possible.
There's more to life than just working out, and you'll see there's more to this gym than just fitness. But through everything we do at HIRAYA, we always focus on helping you love who you are, love what you do, and love who you do it with.
