Fire • Renewal • Sacred BalanceAs the Spring Equinox passes, the Earth continues her turning. Light has met dark in perfect balance, and now life begins to rise, sap flowing, seeds stirring, the quiet pull toward growth and renewal, as Mother earth awakes from her long winter sleep.
We gather on 28th March to honour the Spring Equinox, allowing its energy time to settle into the body and the bones. This is a moment of integration where intention becomes action, and what has been dreamed through winter begins to take form.
Within the womb of the Sweat Lodge, we return to the Earth to restore balance and remember the old ways. Here, guided by fire, heat, darkness, steam, prayer, and song, we release what no longer serves and make space for what is ready to grow.
The spirit of the season walks with us the Hare, awakening life and fertility,
the Deer, teaching gentleness and right action, the Serpent, shedding old skins and renewing the self, and the Birds, carrying prayers between Earth and Sky.
This ceremony is held by a newly forming tribe, healers, practitioners, and space-holders walking humbly in service. Each of us brings our own medicine, and together we create a safe, grounded, and sacred container for deep transformation.
The Sweat Lodge is one of humanity’s most ancient ceremonial healing practices a return to the Earth’s womb. Within the lodge, we remember who we are, where we belong, and how to walk in relationship with Pachamama, Spirit, and one another.
