Sweater Comedy @ Symposium Books!

Symposium Books offically closes at 8:00pm, but seating will be available starting at 7:30pm. Comedy show starts at 8:00pm. And you can expect everything to wrap up around `9:30pm.

Poindexter Coffee is located in the historic Biltmore Hotel in downtown Providence, RI (aka The Graduate Hotel)—just a 3-minute walk from the train station and an even shorter, indoor walk from the Providence Place parking garage (with 2-hours free parking and just a few dollars after that).

Is this the perfect addition to a Downcity date night? Yeah. I'd say so.

Performers on Sweater Comedy have also appeared at the legendary Apollo Theater, on The Tonight Show, in the Boston Comedy Festival and all over the comedy scene.

This show will feature Derrick Fonseca, Jaylin Eaves, RA Bartlett, Laith Al Sasah and Mark-Anthony Lewis. Also, watch out for pop-ins. You will get pop-ins.

This will be a recorded event! Some of the comics will be recording their sets for future social media and marketing purposes. That means there will be cameras actively filming as you enter the bookstore.

That said, the point of the cameras is to record the comedians, not necessarily you. If you are in witness protection or actively cheating on your partner, that might cause problems, but everyone else should be fine.
