Info: Certified Zumba Instructor since 2013, with a Group Exercise (Group X) certification through AFAA, I bring over 20 years of training and teaching experience to every class. My dance education includes extensive study with Philadanco and the Koresh Dance Company in Philadelphia, and my background spans ballet, modern, hip hop, Afro, and Afro beats styles.
I have experience teaching all ages and fitness levels, and my passion lies in creating a safe, high energy, and inclusive environment where every participant feels confident, supported, and empowered. My classes encourage individuals to move at their own pace while still being challenged, inspired, and motivated to have fun through movement. CPR and First Aid certified.
