About this Event
We spend so much time in our heads, this practice is an invitation for you to come back into your body.
Soma Sweat is a 45 minute somatic movement class blending rhythmic movement, somatics, dance, pilates, strength, breath, music and cardio (the fun kind – no burpees!)
You’ll move, build heat, pause, repeat and notice the energy you're creating in your body. The aim is to release stagnant energy, tension and anything the body might be holding onto, while staying connected to your breath.
It's not about pushing yourself to your limits or performing; this is about creating energy in the body, regulating your nervous system, reconnecting to sensation and leaving feeling clearer, more grounded, energised and more alive.
You don't need any experience to attend.

I understand that this class involves physical movement and somatic practices. I acknowledge that buying a ticket and participation is voluntary and that I am responsible for listening to my body and moving within my own limits.
I confirm that I am physically able to participate or have sought appropriate medical advice before attending. I understand that I may pause, modify, or opt out of movements at any time.
I agree to release and hold harmless the facilitator from any liability for injury or damage arising from participation in this class, except where caused by negligence.
