Sweat to the Beat is a fun and challenging fitness experience that includes a 15- or 30-minute Pound class along with Strong Nation and/or Zumba (instructor's choice, varying week to week)! The class is for all fitness levels, offering opportunities to push moves up a level or modify when needed. Children ages 5 and up are invited to attend when accompanied by an adult!------
WHAT IS POUND?
Pound® is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
WHAT IS STRONG?
STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, kickboxing and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every exercise is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
WHAT IS ZUMBA?
Zumba® is for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
