Sweat Society x The Wellness Lab

Join Sweat Society and The Wellness Recovery Lab for an energizing community event blending movement, recovery, and connection! We’re teaming up with Movement Run Club to kick things off with a 30 minute group run followed by a 30 minute pilates workout led by Sweat Society’s inspiring instructor, Maddie Burress. After class, recharge with Wellness Recovery Lab’s sauna and/or cold plunge, designed to help you feel your best.
