Sweat + Sip with Body Alive and Virgin Hotels

We’re excited to partner with Virgin Hotels for a special pop-up event as we count down to the opening of Body Alive Green Hills in January 2026.

This pop-up will feature our signature Hot Mat Pilates class — a 45-minute heated workout designed to build strength, improve mobility, and leave you feeling energized and empowered. The class blends intentional movement with the intensity and sweat Body Alive is known for, offering a preview of what’s coming to Green Hills.

Following class, guests are invited to stay for a post-workout social at Virgin Hotels, creating space to connect, cool down, and build community in a fun, elevated setting. This event is all about movement, connection, and introducing Nashville to a new kind of heated fitness experience.

We can’t wait to sweat, socialize, and celebrate what’s ahead together.
