About this Event
The class begins with six interval-based exercises focused on endurance, athleticism, and full-body movement. These intervals are designed to elevate your heart rate, challenge your coordination, and build strength and stamina through dynamic, purposeful movement—not just random exercises. The goal is to create a solid “sweat” while improving how your body works as a whole.
From there, we transition into four mobility-focused exercises that teach you how to move with intention. This portion goes far beyond traditional stretching. Instead of just sitting in a stretch, you’ll learn:
- How to breathe into positions to improve control and relaxation
- How to create strength deep within a stretch using isometrics
- How to build awareness and confidence in your body’s ability to move
We focus on isolating specific joints and use an array of different techniques while in the stretch to help you increase joint health, reduce stiffness, and expand your overall movement capacity—both in the gym and in everyday life.
