Get ready to break a sweat and snuggle pups while raising funds for our furry friends at Wags & Walks- it's going to be pawsitively awesome!Welcome to Sweat for Pets!
Join us for an exciting fitness & puppy event benefitting Wags & Walks Nashville! We'll kick things off with a 1.6-mile run from Nashville Running Company to Seven Minutes, where you'll experience high-intensity interval training (HIIT) stations. Wind-down with a relaxing stretch and mobility session lead by Sport Ortho Physical Therapy. Afterwards, enjoy samples from Everbowl, healthy refreshments, and participant giveaways! Wags & Walks will be on site with puppies to snuggle throughout the event! We have incredible giveaways from local businesses, including Nashville Running Company, Restore Hyper Wellness, Float Horizen, Vinnie Louise, Dandelion Salon, Greko, Edley's, Julian Cortez Boxing, and more! *must be present to win giveaways*
