We’re starting The Black Man's Health Festival® weekend off strong with Sweat Fete — an upbeat, alcohol-free celebration of movement, music, and wellness that redefines what a party can be. This high-energy experience turns up the volume on joy and turns down the stress, inviting our community to dance, sweat, and celebrate health together.

Sweat Fete is a cultural fusion of wellness and nightlife, where the beat meets the body and every step is a celebration of life. Whether you're breaking a sweat on the dance floor or vibing out with adrenal-boosting mocktails, this is wellness reimagined for the culture.

- Live DJ Sets to make you sweat
- Adrenal Mocktails powered by Almave — the world’s first non-alcoholic blue agave spirit (co-founded by F1 champ Lewis Hamilton)
- Free Blood Pressure + Glucose Screenings courtesy of Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK)
- Vibes, intention, and serious soul
Plus: Appearances by local officials and community leaders helping us set the tone for a weekend of transformation.

Heart, Body & Soul, Inc. (HBS), a Brooklyn-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit was created to serve communities of color, particularly Black men in underserved communities, as it relates to their physical and mental health and to improve and increase communication between Black men, their healthcare providers, and their families regarding their overall health.
Through its annual signature event, “The Black Man’s Health Festival®”, virtual & in-person discussions, pop-up events, and health screenings, HBS provides a platform for members of the medical community, holistic practitioners, fitness professionals, food and nutrition experts as well as mental health professionals to speak with and engage Black men from the local community to ensure they are empowered to make the best health decisions for themselves and their loved ones.
