Brandon, the owner of Endorphin Central Park, will lead us through a circuit and Full Circle will be providing a sauna and cold plunge. lululemon at The Shops at Northfield will be open for shopping after the event, and every purchase gets entered into a raffle to win $300 in lululemon product of their choice.
Mats will be provided. Bring a swimsuit and towel if you choose to cold plunge.
