Sweat & Sculpt: Hot Pilates

Sweat & Sculpt is back due to popular demand! Join us for a sculpt style Pilates class designed to make you feel strong, centred and energised. The class will take place in a heated infared studio, so be prepared to sweat. Mats and equipment are provided, just bring a towel and some water. Refreshments will be waiting for you after class, and the vibe will be high all round.

Parking:
There’s free on-street parking just a minute away on North Sherwood Street (some bays allow 2 hours free). Otherwise, you’ll find plenty of paid parking meters directly outside.
