You'll pick ONE of the 30 minute sessions to sign up for. Please show up only at your timeslot as there won't be an area to gather.
What to Expect:
*Meet and Greet with other awesome women! Connect with women during your time slot
*Coldbrew Lattes + Light Healthy Bites
*You'll be in a team of 2-3. We'll have you join a 30 minute slot choosing from 10am, 1030am, 11am and 1130am!
Your Session Includes:
*Infared sauna session
*Cold plunge (bring a change of clothes)
*Vitamin C shower refresh
Towels are provided!
