Sweat & Flow: KATSEYE Edition ✨
KATSEYE playlist. Hot girl workout energy. A little bit of sweat, a little bit of flow, and a room full of people screaming the lyrics between sets.
This isn’t your typical fitness class.
It’s part yoga flow, part dance cardio, part strength workout — all choreographed to KATSEYE tracks so you feel like you’re training inside a pop rehearsal montage.
Because honestly? Traditional workouts can feel so serious.
We wanted to create something that feels fun again.
No gym bro energy.
No pressure to “keep up.”
No pretending to know what you’re doing.
Just good music, good vibes, and movement that makes you feel confident.
The class is beginner-friendly and designed for all fitness levels. We’ll guide you through everything. From the flow sequences to the cardio sections and strength blocks. So whether you’re a regular at Pilates or haven’t worked out in months, you’ll still feel comfortable joining in.
