We are VERY excited to announce that our gym will be partnering with Brace for Impact 46 as we host & participate in the fifth-annual Sweat 4 Impact workout fundraiser. Mark Your Calendars For 24-Hours Of FUN From Saturday, January 31 - Sunday, Feb. 1st, 2026!
Sweat 4 Impact is an annual event that raises money to support the incredible efforts Brace for Impact 46 is doing in northern Haiti and STL. Some of these efforts include:
- Supporting the IDADEE orphanage that houses 43 Children
Providing education to 700+ community children across four schools.
- Serving 52,920 School lunches a year to our community children.
- Providing medical services to over 2,000 people a month at the CHIDA hospital.
- Maintaining the 8 wells and 8 safe water systems built in their Haitian community, which serve 40,000 people, and 600 latrines that serve 4,000 people.
We are fired up to join in the efforts of expanding the above IMPACT to more people and we want YOU to join us!

Event Details:
📍 Location: Vigor MVMNT
🙏 OPEN TO PUBLIC! (Non-Members must make a minimum donation of $15.)
⏰ Starting at 10am CST on Saturday, January 31, 2026, we will be performing 1 workout every hour for 24 hours straight.
🏋️♂️ Workouts will be 5-15 minutes long, with modifications to accommodate any & all skill levels
Participation Options:
- Challenge yourself and join in for all 24 workouts!
- Participate in as many hours of workouts that you wish.
- Don’t feel like sweating but still want to be a part of this incredible event? Stop by to cheer on your fellow gym community, bring some snacks/coffee/beverages of choice, and learn about how you can get involved with Brace for Impact!
We will have athletes camping out at the gym throughout the 24 hours, so feel free to join in and complete every workout, pop in and out for as many workouts as you want, or simply come hangout for as long as you'd like!
