Support Smith-Wade-El Elementary's Annual Race for Education! This is our school’s biggest fundraiser of the year, and we are reaching out to parents, family members, neighbors, and friends to support this great event.About the Race for Education
The Race for Education will take place on Friday, APRIL 25th during the school day. Over 400 SWE students will walk/run around the track at Wheatland Middle School, organized by grade to ensure everyone has a great race. This event allows our students to raise money for their school while promoting health and fitness. More importantly, the kids have a blast running, showing their school spirit, and enjoying a popsicle treat with their classmates!
Your support helps us raise money for school programs and activities such as:
Assemblies, Student Clubs, and Community Events
Educational Field Trips (for example, to ZooAmerica, the State Capital, and the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts)
Books, Classroom Supplies, and Teacher "Wish Lists"
