✨ Welcome to Swan Valley Mama Walks | Saturday Morning Walk ✨Due to high interest from our community, we’re so excited to officially introduce our Saturday Morning Walks 🤍
These walks are designed for mamas wanting a relaxed and welcoming way to get outdoors, enjoy a coffee, meet other local mums and move their bodies with their little ones.
☀️ Same format as our Monday walks
👶 Pram friendly
💛 All fitness levels welcome
📍 Meeting Spot: King Urban Cafe near Pia’s Place
🕘 Arrive from 9:00am for a 9:20am walk start
After the walk, we usually head over to Pia’s Place, lay out the picnic rugs and continue the chats while the babies and toddlers play together.
Can’t make the walk? Feel free to still join us for the play and catch up from around 10:00am onwards.
Whether you’re a first-time mum, new to the area, returning to exercise or simply looking for connection and community - you are so welcome here.
