Swan Creek Park is one of those places in Tacoma where you can forget that you’re actually in the middle of the city. It boasts a salmon-bearing stream, upland forest, a beloved dog park, and walking and biking trails. We love it for all these reasons, and for its amazing Doug-firs, Western redcedars, Pacific madrones, and beautiful deciduous trees. Come learn about our native and adaptive trees in this amazing urban park!
Arriving at Swan Creek dog park: The park is located immediately uphill (south) of Lister Elementary, and accessed via T Street. There is plenty of parking space.
