Please Join Debs Barlow for a relaxing Sunday evening sound bath at the Assembly Rooms in Swaffham, Norfolk.Debs shall now be creating the work I started here in Swaffham many years ago. I will be there on 12th April as a receiver/client receiving the wonderful vibes of her gongs and other sacred instruments. I would love you all to attend.
These sessions offer a chance to slow down at the end of the week and enjoy the calming effects of sound. Using gongs and other instruments, each session is designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reset for the week ahead.
