Welcome to The New Renaissance and another edition of SWAAM Spoken Word Art and Music. Open Mic, Live Band, Wine Bar, VIP Tables and another Incredible feature artist for your listening pleasure. Maestro the Vocalinist combines the singing of strings, the symphonic nature of vocals, and the concept of communally shared music to create a fresh style of performance. Able to display several genres, including classical, hip-hop, trap, and jazz, the Vocalinist is a transplant to Los Angeles, who has been teaching for years, especially in communities serving people of color. The Chicago native believes that music raises the vibration for everyone, and so is needed everywhere. His life journey has led him across the globe helping to create spaces of inclusion, diversity, and epowerment through music education and worship leading.
