Slow down and soothe your nervous system... You're invited to join us for a deeply nourishing 90-minute immersive journey of sound and creation. “Svaram” is a Sanskrit word meaning tone, note, or the essence of sound. In this immersive experience, you’ll be guided into a meditative state of mind through a live soundbath while creating your earth altar - a mandala of your own design made with flowers, leaves, and other natural elements.
Gently arrange petals, leaves, and blooms into your altar, and/or lie down to fully receive the healing vibrations of sound. There is no 'right way' to participate. As sound fills the room, each altar becomes a reflection of intention, beauty, and connection to the natural world - honoring the harmony of impermanence.
No experience with sound meditation or art/mandala is needed.
Come exactly as you are.
All materials will be provided.
Please do not bring plants, flowers, or other items from outside into the studio to protect our indoor plants and trees from pests - thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
