Join Zero Waste NYC for an old-fashioned happy hour with a modern sustainability twist at Anaïs Wine Bar in Brooklyn, part of the Oberon Group — a hospitality company rethinking what sustainable dining can look like in NYC.
This intimate evening will bring together sustainability-minded New Yorkers for good drinks, thoughtful conversation, and a behind-the-scenes look at how hospitality can reduce its environmental footprint.
Throughout the evening, you’ll hear directly from the Anaïs team about the sustainability practices embedded in their restaurants, from sourcing and waste reduction to beverage partnerships and operational choices that support a lower-impact food system.
Your ticket will include curated food and drink components (details coming soon), with additional offerings available for purchase. We are also exploring partnerships with sustainable beverage brands to spotlight producers who align with our values.
Whether you work in sustainability, hospitality, or simply enjoy supporting businesses doing things differently, this is a chance to connect, learn, and celebrate Earth Month in community.
