If you’re looking for that extra motivational oomph or looking to dig deeper into your niche sustainability interest, it’s time to share it with others.We’re combining your love for sustainability with a FREE casual "walk and talk" along the lakeside paths of Lake Mac. We can only do so much by ourselves, but everything gets better, stronger, and more joyful when you’ve got a community to support you. Whether you're a composting pro or just starting to reduce your plastic, this is a space to connect with like-minded locals and solve challenges together.
What to Expect
We’ll start with a quick intro where you can share a specific challenge or "snag" you're facing with the group.
As we walk, we talk. We'll use the collective brainpower of the group to find solutions, share tips, and spark new ideas.
But that's not all. We're in this together. Each month, we’ll start by reflecting on the collective wins (and wobbles) from the previous month's attendee-led challenges.
The Details
There’s plenty of room to spread out and chat - we’re here for the conversation and connection.
Food & Drink: We won't be stopping to purchase food or drink during the walk, but there is a coffee van near the start/end point (in front of The Esplanade Hotel, Warners Bay). Feel free to grab a brew there before we start or BYO thermos and reusable cup to sip as we go.
