Suspended in Sound | Winter StillnessWinter naturally invites us to slow down, turn inward, and rest deeply. This season is not about pushing forward, but about settling, listening, and allowing the body and nervous system to recalibrate.
Suspended in Sound is an aerial sound bath experience which offers a space to pause and be held. Rest comfortably in an aerial silk hammock while live sound moves in a full 360-degree field, above, below, and within. This cocooning, immersive experience supports deep relaxation, softening the body, quieting the mind, and restoring nervous system balance.
Therapeutic instruments from around the world are intuitively woven into each live sound journey. No two sessions are the same. Each experience is created in the moment and shaped by the group, inviting you to arrive fully present and reconnect with yourself during a season designed for slowing down.
