Sushi Zo the Edomae-style omakase restaurant is delighted to present a unique four-hands collaboration with renowned Chef William Lau who is known for his innovative fusion of Japanese ingredients and European culinary techniques. Sushi Zo's Chef Ryohe Sugawara and Chef William will join forces with to create an extraordinary dining experience that engages all the senses. This exclusive collaboration will take place across three evenings from 13 to 15 November taking diners on a remarkable journey through the intricate flavours of Japan while highlighting Chef Sugawara's mastery in selecting exceptional seafood and Chef William's creative and intricately-plated dishes.
Diners can experience Signature French Pigeon a decadent King Crab and The Iceland Langoustine. To conclude this culinary odyssey Chef William’s Apple Sorbet presented like a blooming flower adds a refreshing finish to the meal.
