This sushi fundamentals class is free of gluten, nuts and dairy, and focuses on medium inside-out rolls, or uramaki, and hand rolls, or temaki. Begin the hands-on class with miso soup, then move on to mastering sushi rolling. You'll start with a shrimp tempura hand roll, then craft a delicious sweet potato hand roll. To finish, you'll learn the secrets to making a spicy tuna roll.
