This safe, silent and sacred space is lovingly and protectively held by Trauma Survivor - Tara Sawyer (Owner of Magick + Soul).Slip into quietness among fellow survivors as you receive reiki energy healing - a gentle technique which assists with processing emotions and energy, whilst bringing a sense of peace and relief to your heart, mind and soul.
We complete this group session with light stretches and herbal tea for grounding, and self reflective journaling for introspection.

In a space dedicated to trauma survivors, the practice of silence is a powerful tool. By eliminating verbal communication, we minimize the risk of accidental triggers and create a more controlled, respectful environment. This approach helps to ensure that every participant feels safe and respected, allowing for deeper, more personal healing.
What to Expect:
🌿 Gentle Energy Healing: Tara will facilitate a calming and nurturing energy healing session, focusing on promoting peace and relaxation. Their approach is gentle and attentive, tailored to support each individual’s healing journey.
🎵 Natural Healing Tools & Sound Frequencies: The event will feature natural healing tools and soothing sound frequencies designed to further enhance relaxation and healing. These elements are carefully chosen to foster a tranquil atmosphere and support your emotional well-being.
🎵 Grounding and Reflection: Gentle stretching is incorporated upon completion of the shared group energy healing to support the return back into your body, with light grounding techniques. Land back into the space after your journey with a delicious Herbal Tea, whilst documenting your experience with introspective journaling.
