Survivors of Suicide Loss Book Club Series: Losing a loved one to suicide can bring profound grief, unanswered questions, and a range of complex emotions that may feel overwhelming to navigate alone. This book club is designed to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space for individuals who have experienced the loss of a family member, friend, partner, or loved one to suicide.
Through shared experiences, discussion, and guided reflection, participants will have the opportunity to explore their grief, process difficult emotions such as guilt, anger, sadness, confusion, or isolation, and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of suicide loss. The group emphasizes compassion, validation, healing, and hope while honoring each person's individual grief journey.
This group welcomes adults at any stage of the grieving process. Participants are encouraged to share at their own pace and level of comfort. Together, we create a community of support, understanding, and healing.
Cost: $15 per meeting ($15 non-refundable registration fee.) This will be applied toward the cost of the first meeting.
You will be contacted by the group leader upon registration. Book can be purchased here: https://amzn.to/4asoT1f
Note: This group is intended for individuals grieving a suicide loss and is not a crisis intervention group. Participants experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide should seek immediate support from emergency services or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
