There is a unique kind of grief that comes with losing a sibling — one that is often unspoken and deeply personal. This circle is for those navigating life after the loss of a brother or sister. Whether your loss is recent or years old, sudden or complicated, this space is here to hold what often goes unseen:
survivor’s guilt, shifting family roles, unanswered questions, and the quiet weight of continuing to live while carrying their memory.
Together we will gather in gentle community for grounding, guided reflection, journaling, and optional sharing. This is not a space that tries to fix grief, but one that honors it and allows it to
be witnessed with care.
You are welcome exactly as you are heavy, healing, numb, or unsure. Please bring a journal and pen.
You are also welcome to bring a small photo or personal item for an optional altar space to honor your sibling or loved one.
This circle is for those grieving a sibling through death or complex loss. All emotions and experiences are welcome. Sharing is always optional.
Come sit with others who understand this kind of love and loss.
You do not have to carry it alone.
