Move beyond surviving a cancer diagnosis to thriving through the journey—with strength, support, and the power of community connection.
About this Event

This half-day retreat, designed especially for cancer survivors (any cancer) is facilitated by breast cancer survivors. Together we will create a safe space that offers a chance to pause, reflect, and connect with others who understand the journey.

We know that no matter how long it’s been since your initial diagnosis we all need community. Participants will leave feeling more resourced and connected.

The retreat includes:

  • Gentle mindful movement (yoga and qi gong) suitable for all levels
  • Guided meditation for grounding in your body and the present moment
  • Space for open conversation and community connection
  • Light lunch to nourish and support you

Eligible Participants: Early-stage cancer diagnosis 0 - 3; at least two months from active treatment; at any stage from diagnosis, after treatment, in recovery, and those still navigating physical and emotional side effects.

Please contact Zoe: zoe@seasidefamilyacupuncture to confirm eligibility.

If the cost of this event is prohibitive, please reach out to info@nbcancerresource for a scholarship.
