This workshop is an invitation and a catalyst — a space to come home to your body, reclaim your power, and awaken your inner compass through the transformative language of Latin dance. Using the rhythm and structure of Bachata, Merengue, Salsa and more we explore dance not just as movement, but as a channel for emotional expression, ancestral connection, sensuality, and self-trust.

To me, dance is a language — a pathway into the deepest parts of the psyche where we learn to listen, feel, and express our innermost truths through the body. Latin dance, rooted in culture and lineage, offers a passionate yet intentional container where technique meets freedom, allowing us to safely explore the edges of softness, power, vulnerability, and release.

In this experience, we’ll explore:

• Reconnecting to your body as home — moving from dissociation to presence
• Trusting your inner authority through rhythm, breath, and somatic awareness
• The energetic balance of leading and following as reflections of sovereignty, boundaries, and connection
• Cultivating confidence, sensuality, and grounded expression through musicality and embodiment practices

This workshop is for those who are healing, seeking confidence, rebuilding relationship with their bodies, or returning to themselves after trauma, numbness, or disconnection.No partner or prior dance experience is needed — only a willingness to feel.
