About this Event
Step into a fully immersive sound experience unlike anything you’ve felt before.
In this unique sound bath, two musicians will be positioned at opposite ends of the room, surrounding you in waves of sound that move, overlap, and travel through the space. Rather than sound coming from a single direction, you’ll be held in a dynamic, 360° field of vibration, creating a deeper sense of presence, spaciousness, and connection.
This setup also introduces a binaural effect. This is when your ears receive slightly different sounds from each side and your brain creates a third, internal tone. This can support deeper relaxation, help quiet mental chatter, and guide the mind into more meditative states.
As tones ripple from one side of the room to the other, your body and mind are invited to soften, recalibrate, and receive. The interplay between the two sound sources creates moments of harmony, contrast, and subtle movement.
This experience is designed to:
• Quiet mental noise and support nervous system regulation
• Deepen your connection to your body and breath
• Create a sense of expansiveness and inner stillness
• Offer a fresh, engaging way to experience sound healing
You’ll be lying down or seated comfortably as the sound unfolds around you. No effort needed.
What to bring:
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Pillow and/or blanket for extra coziness
• Water

En este baño de sonido único, dos músicos estarán ubicados en extremos opuestos de la sala, envolviéndote en olas de sonido que se mueven, se superponen y viajan a través del espacio. En lugar de provenir de una sola dirección, el sonido te sostendrá dentro de un campo dinámico de vibración en 360°, creando una sensación más profunda de presencia, amplitud y conexión.
Esta configuración también introduce un efecto binaural: cuando tus oídos reciben sonidos ligeramente distintos desde cada lado, tu cerebro crea un tercer tono interno. Esto puede favorecer una relajación más profunda, ayudar a calmar el diálogo mental y guiar la mente hacia estados más meditativos.
A medida que los tonos fluyen de un lado al otro de la sala, tu cuerpo y mente son invitados a suavizarse, recalibrarse y recibir. La interacción entre las dos fuentes de sonido crea momentos de armonía, contraste y movimiento sutil.

Estarás recostadx o sentadx cómodamente mientras el sonido se despliega a tu alrededor. No necesitas hacer nada—solo llegar, recibir y permitir.

• Tapete de yoga o algo cómodo para recostarte
• Almohada y/o manta para mayor comodidad
• Agua
