What to expect:
Feel free to arrive any time between 1:30pm and 4:30pm. Tables will be set out according to the categories above. When you arrive, place your swap items on the appropriate table. Browse the selection and take something new that you can make use of. Feel free to come along even if you don't have much to swap - this is a great way to gather supplies if you're new to sewing or have a limited budget. Use this as an opportunity to meet fellow sewing enthusiasts! We will provide light refreshments including tea/coffee and snacks (please note, we may not be able to cater to all dietary requirements).

About the organisers
Surrey Sews is a new group set up by Yvette and Mel, to help local sewing enthusiasts get together in person. Yvette is the co-founder of sewing organiser app Stash Hub and Mel runs charity sewing sessions via The Lighthouse. We ran a successful swap this time last year and are looking forward to helping find new homes for lots more fabric.
