Surrey Secondary Educators PD Day – Jewelry Design & Animation
Hosted at LaSalle College Vancouver
Join us for a customized Professional Development experience designed exclusively for Surrey secondary educators with an interest in Jewelry Design and Animation.
This immersive half-day PD will provide hands-on, discipline-specific learning led by our industry-experienced instructors in our state-of-the-art studios and labs. Participants will explore current techniques, creative processes, and practical classroom applications they can immediately bring back to their students.
Whether you teach Jewelry, ADST, Visual Arts, Media Arts, or Animation, this session is designed to inspire new ideas, strengthen technical skills, and foster meaningful connections with fellow educators.
The morning will include:
- A 3-hour interactive workshop (Jewelry Design or Animation stream)
- Exploration of tools, materials, and emerging techniques
- Discussion around curriculum connections and post-secondary pathways
- Light catered lunch and campus tour of our new creative facilities
