Surrendered Woman: A three part Moon-Cycle Journey for Reflection, Renewal, Nourishment and Connection.
Join us on this three week container.
Our commitment - To gather together each Wednesday evening on the 2nd, 9th and 16th of October: 18:30 - 21:30
Welcoming you to come gather in a circle of women to co-create a safe, nurturing, and lovingly held space—where you can be truly seen, heard, nourished and surrendered within the arms of the sacred sisterhood and the divine. Together, we will journey through the next cycle of the year, tending to our inner fires and deepening our connection with ourselves and each other.
- An Invitation to Deeply Nourish Your Soul
It is my intention to be a doula for your journey into the Temple of Your Own Sacred Heart. In this sacred space, you will have the opportunity to attune to the whispers of your own medicine, allowing that to be your guide toward alignment, grace, and attunement.
As the darker months approach, we are called to connect deeply with our inner realms—to reflect on the harvest of the past year and consciously prepare the seeds we wish to sow for the next cycles to come.
What to Expect:
🍂 Cacao opening ceremony, guided meditation: To connect you with the whispers and deep inner wisdom that resides in the Temple Of your Heart. Be held and supported by Grandmother Cacao as she guides us to open and connect through our hearts in the circle.
🍂Embodiment Practices: Gentle movement, voice and breath to explore the realms within.
🍂Creative Reflection: Journaling, art therapy, creative expression and intuitive exercises for you to express your insights and intentions.
🍂Wheel of consent: Learning to speak our needs, to explore and create healthy boundaries, attuning to our Yes and our No and acting from that aligned and authentic place.
🍂Sound Healing & Relaxation: Experience the healing vibrations of sound allowing the integration of your journey to land deeply within your bones and the waters within.
🍂Integration & Nourishment: After each journey we will enjoy a warm hearty soup and have some space for grounding connection and sharing <3
🌹 It's an honour for me to journey beside you in these ways and share these gifts that I have gathered along the way.
What to bring:
🌙 Warm comfortable clothing, blankets, cusions and anything you need to create a nest for yourself to lay on the floor during the practices and sound healing. Water Bottle. Journal and pen. Snacks or chocolate for sharings, if you would like, though we will be having soup! Please bring your own bowls and spoons and a mug for cacao if possible.

Location: Soul Wellness Hub, Burnley Road, Sowerby Bridge, HX6 2TL
Exchange includes sound healing, live music, art materials, cacao, teas and hearty soup after each ceremony: £99.00 = 3 x £33.00 for 3 hours nourishment.
Payment options available - I have a few concession spaces. If finances are a barrier for you then I would like to offer a bridge so you can receive this nourishment. If you are feeling the strong call to come and receive then I welcome you to reach out so that I can support you.
