EFT at SOUL - tapping to release procrastination

Join Davina for a weekly EFT tapping session around a range of subjects to support your emotional and mental wellbeing.
On October 17th we will do some tapping to release procrastination. I'll be leading a small group of no more than 15 people through some tapping to help release grief. This maybe around loss of a loved one, a life situation, health, or anything you feel a deep loss about
EFT tapping is a gentle way to process feelings and emotions through the body. By giving voice to what worries us, tapping on acupressure points around the body, we help to shift out focus and attention in to a clearer focus of how we want to feel.
Procrastination can have many causes and create lots of emotional states that hold us stuck.
If you can spend just 10 minutes a day with the process of EFT tapping you can begin to find a state of calm that can bring about great change.
This is what I'll be sharing with those who attend the online group session on Saturday.
Energy exchange is £11 per session or £39 for a month pass.

This session is held weekly at SOUL Wellness Hub in Sowerby Bridge. If you would like to attend the online group session these are held on Saturday via Zoom.
