In Surrendered Leadership circles we explore connection as it is here right now. It is an ongoing discovery of yourself (and beyond the self) in the bigger web of all there is.
Being built upon principles of Circling, the paradigm of Surrendered Leadership includes more. A wider space where you can explore how it is to be you, what your biggest truth is, each moment anew and give this the expression it wants.
There will be an ongoing invitation to be in presence, surrender to your immediate experience, while taking self leadership. the process will not be guided towards a predetermined outcome, it is a co creation of the relationship and group intelligence.
Why practice this?
In the ever growing complexity of this time, we need to cultivate ways to find our truth, from moment to moment. Tap into our own inner guidance, From where we take the next step.
We need more self awareness, self leadership and a deep presence to become more welcoming, more loving, more whole in ourselves and to the world.
Being in a Surrendered Leadership circle can bring up challenges, since we are often in contexts in life where there is a clear directionality. Here lies the opportunity to discover more of our habitual ways of doing and the beliefs we hold. There is a potential to find a deeper truth and empowerment to bring this in relationship, explore new ways of doing and being that will extend out into our lives and the world.

For who is this day;
This day is suited for people who have some experience in self awareness and or relational practices like meditation, tantra, embodiment or circling & authentic relating. It requires a willingness to meet what is here, and with that more challenging feelings like grief, fear, anger can surface in you or the other, along side all the other flavors, like love, joy, aliveness. We will often explore multiple sides of seeming opposites at once, such as independence and interdependence, chaos and order, agreement and disagreement. We believe this can reveal an underlying unity of the immediacy of experience.
This will require a willingness to take self responsibility in setting boundaries, speak your desires and self care.
What will the day behold:
Leading from within the paradigm of Surrendered Leadership is that the present moment ( the constellation of the group, the desires that are alive and more) will influence the structure of the day. The day will consist of whole group circles as well as pair or small group exercises that will support your practice in the Surrendered Leadership Circles.
This event will be led by Martje Witzel (experienced Circling and Surrendered Leadership leader, trained by Circling Europe) and a team of skillful assistants.
