In the height of Gemini season, the mind can feel busy, active, and pulled in many directions. This is a time of movement, ideas, and constant input, but it’s also an invitation to pause, soften, and come back to your body.Join Annie & Steph for Surrender + Soundbath, a deeply calming evening designed to help you step out of mental noise and into stillness.
Through long-held, supported Yin postures, you’ll be guided to release tension from your body, gently opening space in areas where we tend to hold both physical and emotional stress. As your body softens, a soundbath will carry you deeper using vibration and frequency to quiet your mind, regulate your nervous system, and invite a state of deep rest.
This practice is rooted in the energy of surrender; letting go of the need to figure everything out, to stay busy, or to hold it all together. Instead, you’ll be invited to simply receive, to listen inward, and to allow clarity and calm to arise naturally.
