Refund & Credit Policy

We understand plans can change. While refunds are not offered, we do provide credits:

• Cancellations before November 1, 2025 will receive a credit for SuriCon2026.
• Credits are transferable and cover the full cost of your original registration.
• Exceptions will be considered in cases of personal emergencies or health-related issues.
• If OISF cancels a training (e.g., low enrollment or force majeure), a refund of the training only (not including fees) will be refunded valued at $1,750.
