The third of the three bouncy water paddles in May. We plan to launch from the beach at Sunshine Beach Surf Club, paddle north to the Lions Head (headland) then up to Noosa Head. Depending on conditions, and there is a lot of “challenge by choice” involved, some people may go in close at the Lions Head, or Hells Gates (see photo above), or close in to the cliff along Noosa Head. We will stop somewhere - maybe Granite Bay, or the north end of Alexandria Bay, depending on conditions. Then back to Sunshine Beach for a surf landing.
