10:00am–12:00pm, guests are invited to enjoy personalized IV hydration sessions, available every 30 minutes, alongside compression therapy and infrared sauna access.
This streamlined experience is all about hydration, recovery, and starting 2026 feeling clear, energized, and taken care of.

Plans change—we get it. If you’re unable to attend on New Year’s Day, your IV hydration session can be scheduled at Pause Wellness Studio on a future date so you don’t miss out.
