Join Resound Ensemble for an evening of enchantment and poetry at our concert, "Sure on This Shining Night." From the exhilaration of Norman Dello Joio's "A Jubilant Song" to the soul-stirring "Reincarnations" by Samuel Barber, our repertoire promises to take you on a musical journey. Enjoy classics such as Benjamin Britten's "Hymn to St. Cecilia," Eric Whitacre's "Sleep," and the concert’s title piece, “Sure on This Shining Night” by Morten Lauridsen.
We round out the program with many beloved Resound songs, including Marques L.A. Garrett's "Sing Out, My Soul," Andrea Ramsey's "Luminescence," and Erika Lloyd's "Cells Planets," as well as our favorite selection from Stephen Sondheim's "Sunday in the Park with George". Come join us!
